We are currently looking for a

Junior Product Technical Manager

for our Budapest Sales Office who is passionate about products in charge.
We are looking for a person ready and self-driven to develop with the organization and the market.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, identify our future opportunities and generate ideas together with the sales and marketing teams that grow our market and share
Monitor and analyze competitors and its activities, increase VELUX competitive advantages
Work out and conduct efficient internal product trainings for all of our colleagues
Regularly visit customers to support sales force, gain better market insight and feedback on company products and services
Ensure that our professional partners (installers, shop assistants, architects) get the relevant technical and sales knowledge connected to our products
Actively cooperate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and After Sales colleagues to get their feedback and support their results
With your very high technical understanding of our products support the organization with all relevant technical details (certificates, technical support to project work, answering any questions from colleagues or customers)
Actively participate in sales and marketing promotions (working out the concept together with the management, give the right input and work out the promotion materials from product management point of view)
Run all the related operative tasks connected to product management on an efficient way: product information, data management in brochures, websites, information systems
Cooperate with Global Product Management (implement the Global Corporate instructions and product changes)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience close to product management or similar professional area preferably at a multinational environment or international company
Very high level of technical understanding and strong technical background: technical collage education is a must
Very good understanding and high interest for sales and marketing
Able to plan, execute and follow-up on all related activities
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (CAD knowledge is advantage)
Self driven personality with strong consumer focus, good communication and cooperation skills
